Appointments may be requested through:

• Our Website
• Telephone
• Email
• Customer Support

Appointment requests are subject to technician availability, service area coverage, and scheduling capacity. An appointment is not considered confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Laser Print Point.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer appointment availability to other customers and helps us manage technician schedules efficiently.

Customers may cancel by:

• Calling our office
• Emailing our support team
• Responding to appointment communications where applicable

Customers may request to reschedule appointments based on technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

An appointment may be considered missed if:

• The technician cannot access the service location.
• The customer is unavailable during the agreed service window.
• Required authorization is unavailable.
• Equipment is not available for inspection.
• Unsafe working conditions prevent service.

Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled service window, delays may occur due to:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Emergency service calls
• Equipment availability
• Customer emergencies
• Unexpected repair durations
• Safety considerations

If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information
• Providing accurate service addresses
• Ensuring safe access to equipment
• Ensuring an authorized representative is available if required
• Providing access to electrical power where necessary
• Securing confidential documents before service

Failure to meet these responsibilities may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Appointments are subject to:

• Technician availability
• Geographic coverage
• Business hours
• Parts availability
• Weather conditions
• Safety considerations
• Operational requirements

Laser Print Point reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Certain unforeseen circumstances may require appointments to be postponed or rescheduled, including:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Public emergencies
• Utility outages
• Technician illness
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Supply chain interruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will work with customers to arrange the next available appointment whenever possible.

Business customers with multiple devices or enterprise service agreements may have separate scheduling procedures outlined within their service agreements. Where applicable, those agreements will govern appointment scheduling.

Laser Print Point reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue service if:

• Unsafe working conditions exist
• Equipment presents safety hazards
• False information was provided
• Customer conduct is abusive or threatening
• Applicable laws or regulations prevent service
• Required access cannot be obtained

Laser Print Point may update this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy periodically. Changes become effective upon publication on our Website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
